Delivery and shipping timeframes
All fresh meat orders are currently only available for click and collect from our store (5/26 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, Auckland).
Fresh meat orders will be ready to collect in store 24 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please call the store to confirm if you are unsure. If an item is not in stock we will call you to advise before you collect.
All dried meat products (Biltong, Dry Wors and Chili sticks) are available for shipping around New Zealand.
Biltong, dry wors and chilli sticks orders placed before 10am on a Wednesday will be shipped out the same week. Orders placed after 10am on a Wednesday will be sent out the following Monday to ensure they arrive in the same week.
Courier fees will be added to your order and will be shown upon check out
Once your order is collected you will receive a shipping confirmation, please note that once the package leaves our store we no longer have control over it and how long it takes to reach you. Please contact the courier for any questions. We cannot be held liable for any late deliveries.
All of our deliveries are sent from Auckland.
Auckland orders are usually delivered between 1-3 working days depending on your location (allow up to an additional 3 days for rural delivery)
Even though delivery times are normally much quicker than this, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery outside of Auckland.
Please note: The Meat Room is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
