Returns and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us at The Meat Room. However, please chose carefully when selecting your products as we will not refund for a change of mind.
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you are not happy with your order please contact us at themeatroom@outlook.co.nz
You must notify The Meat Room via phone or email the same day of the delivery being made. Consumed or already disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.
If The Meat Room asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below. The Meat Room will cover any and all shipping and fulfilment costs incurred in sending goods back for inspection or assessment if deemed responsible for any product non conformance issues.
Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in, including wool liner and ensure ice packs are frozen. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit or refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be issued if products ordered are not in stock at time of order dispatch. Refunds will only supplied for orders before it was dispatched should a customer decide to cancel the order. Orders that have been dispatched can't be refunded.
